01

Confirm the requirement and scope

Share a brief description of the product or equipment. Mon clarifies specifications, quantity, quality expectations, commercial priorities and the stages where you need assistance. The scope, deliverables and service fee are confirmed before work begins.

02

Search, request quotations and compare

Relevant manufacturers are identified and contacted with a structured RFQ. Supplier responses are organized for like-for-like comparison, with matching reasons, missing information, commercial differences and open questions made visible.

03

Coordinate samples and production

After you choose which supplier to proceed with, sample requirements, requested changes and approvals are recorded. During production, supplier updates, key milestones, reported delays and unresolved issues are followed up within the agreed scope.

04

Review inspection findings and coordinate handover

When inspection is required, an appointed third-party provider performs the pre-shipment inspection. The report, deviations and supplier responses are collected for your review. After your decision, shipment-readiness information is coordinated with the supplier and appointed freight forwarder.

Why work directly with Mon

One person keeps the supplier work connected.

Your project is handled by the person doing the supplier research, comparison and follow-up—so important product and commercial details are less likely to be lost between departments.

Direct communication

You communicate directly with Mon throughout the agreed scope. Questions, supplier responses and next actions do not need to pass between separate sales, sourcing and customer-service teams.

What this means for you: less repetition, fewer communication handovers and clearer accountability.

Practical purchasing judgment

More than 15 years of sourcing and factory purchasing experience helps identify the details that can change supplier fit and real cost—including material, manufacturing process, configuration, quantity, tooling, packaging and trade terms.

What this means for you: more relevant supplier questions and quotations that are easier to compare.

Professional procurement discipline

CIPS certification supports a structured approach to requirements, RFQs, commercial comparison and supplier communication.

What this means for you: decisions are based on documented product and commercial information rather than an unexplained recommendation.

Facts kept visible

Supplier claims are not presented as confirmed facts without a stated basis. Confirmed information, unanswered questions, reported delays and required next actions remain distinguishable throughout the project.

What this means for you: you can see what is known, what still needs checking and what requires your decision.

Service matched to your needs

You can engage Mon for one defined stage or for continuing project coordination. The scope, deliverables and service fee are agreed before the relevant work begins.

What this means for you: you pay for the stages you need while retaining control of the supplier and purchasing decisions.
