Clear boundaries
Mon coordinates the stages included in the written project scope and keeps available information, unresolved issues and next actions organized. The manufacturer remains responsible for manufacturing, product quality, quotation, contract performance, export where applicable, warranty and after-sales obligations. Independent providers remain responsible for their inspections or logistics services. You retain the final supplier, product, order, inspection and shipment decisions.
- Mon does not become the manufacturer, seller or exporter
- Mon does not hold inventory or resell the goods
- No guarantee of supplier performance, product quality, certification, delivery or commercial outcome
- No independent inspection unless specifically included and performed by an appointed provider
- No freight forwarding, carriage or customs-broker service
- No destination-country certification, registration, customs, tax or import decision
- No authority to approve specifications, samples, orders, inspections or shipments on your behalf
Use one agreed project scope when you need continuing coordination across several sourcing stages.
The purpose is not to remove your control or replace the responsible suppliers and service providers. It is to keep the project connected: what has been confirmed, what remains open, who needs to act and what decision comes next.

What information do I need to start?
A short description and one useful reference—such as a product link, photo, model number, drawing or sample—is enough to begin the conversation. Detailed specifications, quantities, commercial requirements and confidential files can follow by email after initial contact.
Do you guarantee supplier quality or the lowest price?
Mon helps identify relevant suppliers, organize requirements, compare quotations and coordinate agreed sourcing stages, but does not guarantee the lowest price, supplier performance, product quality, certification, delivery or final project outcome.
Who handles manufacturer export, freight and destination-country import?
Where direct export is available, the manufacturer can export the goods or equipment directly. Mon does not act as the seller, exporter, carrier, freight forwarder or customs broker. Freight may be arranged through your chosen freight forwarder, settled in your country or included in the manufacturer’s commercial arrangement. Mon can coordinate the handover and communication when included in the agreed scope.
