How your inquiry information is handled.

What is collected

When you use the contact form, the website collects your name, email address, optional company name and the sourcing request you submit. It may also record the page you contacted Mon from, the referring page and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium or campaign.

Cloudflare may process technical and security information, including an IP address, when providing website hosting, analytics and Turnstile bot protection.

When Google Analytics is enabled, it may collect information about the pages you visit, your approximate location, browser and device type, referring website or campaign, and interactions such as page views, scrolling, outbound-link clicks and a completed inquiry form. Mon does not send your name, email address, company name or inquiry text to Google Analytics.

How it is used

The information is used to review your request, reply to you, confirm whether the request fits Mon’s sourcing scope, coordinate any service you later agree to and maintain the related business record. Website analytics and attribution information may be used in aggregate to understand how visitors find the site, which content they use and which pages lead to inquiries.

Your contact information is not sold as a contact list, and your request is not published as a client case without separate permission.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, provides website analytics and Turnstile security checks, and stores contact-form records in Cloudflare D1. Google may process website usage and attribution data when Google Analytics is enabled. Resend may process your name, email address and inquiry content when sending the submission notification. If you contact Mon through email or WhatsApp, those providers process the communication under their own privacy terms.

Payments

No payment is taken through this website. If you later agree to a paid service, Mon will provide the relevant payment information directly. The selected payment provider will process the transaction under its own privacy terms; do not submit card details, bank credentials or payment passwords through the website form.

Files and sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, personal identification documents or confidential production files through the public form. Detailed specifications, drawings or commercial information can be shared by an agreed method after initial contact.

Retention and contact

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, provide an agreed service, maintain related business records and protect the website. You may contact [email protected] to ask a privacy question or request deletion of information associated with your inquiry.
