What is collected

The public request form collects the name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, product summary, available materials, quantity, destination and question you submit. It also records the request page, referring page and campaign parameters when present. A unique request reference connects the fit check, payment and complete project brief.

How it is used

This information is used to review fit, reply to you, prepare the agreed quote brief, match an accepted request to payment and understand which website sources produce genuine enquiries. It is not sold as a contact list.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, protects the forms and stores request records. An email delivery provider may send the submission notification. PayPal processes payment separately under its own privacy terms; Mon Sourcing does not receive your card credentials.

Sensitive information

Do not send confidential drawings, trade secrets, personal identification documents, passwords or payment credentials through the public request form. A controlled file-sharing method can be agreed after the fit check. A private file link should only be submitted when you are authorised to share it.

Publication and deletion

Your request is not published as a case study. Any future public example requires separate permission and will be anonymised. For a privacy question or deletion request, contact Mon Sourcing through WhatsApp.
