A focused sourcing process

Turn the first supplier search into a decision you can inspect.

You provide the product information you have. I organize the search around the details that actually change the quote.

1. Start with what you already have

A drawing, model number, existing sample, photos or an early description is enough to begin a fit check. The more you can share about quantity, destination and requirements, the more useful the first supplier response can be.

2. Protect the price from hidden assumptions

Before contacting suppliers, I identify the details that can move the answer: material, dimensions, tolerance, surface treatment, process, packaging, sample needs and delivery expectations. Missing information is recorded as a question, not silently guessed.

3. Create a common question set

Relevant suppliers receive the same core commercial questions. The research record keeps the date, question version, source and response, so a fast answer does not automatically look better than a careful one.

4. Give you a usable next step

You receive a short comparison that separates confirmed fields, assumptions, mismatches and unanswered questions. You also receive an English RFQ template you can continue using with suppliers. The brief helps you decide what to investigate next; it does not choose a supplier or remove the risk from an international order.

Delivery target: within three business days after the product information is complete. Supplier response time is outside my control, so unconfirmed fields are marked as such.

I will confirm whether the first quote brief is suitable before you share sensitive files or pay.
